Cervera, the year 2005, it celebrate the first Market of the Snail where
one came, besides the snail, all that surrounds this world.
Hunt
specialties
The
Segarra is hunters' earth. It is hunted the forest rabbit or the
partridge so much, as the boar. In time of hunt, it can be some
restaurant or inn that he/she cooks these specialties. The rabbit is
made with aromatic grasses, the partridge to the vinaigrette and the pig
stewed boar, although we can also find the stewed rabbit.

The " Cocas" and " Empanadas"

In
the bakeries and pastry shops we find those “panadons” that can be
described as “a panada” of very fine pasta of bread and padded toast of
